VINTAGE "HAVE FUN IN THE SUN" LAS VEGAS NEVADA SOUVENIR STATE TRAVEL DECAL LABEL

Now here's something you don't see everyday! This very rare souvenir from LAS VEGAS, NEVADA dates back to the early 1950s and is an old-style gummed label, gummed on the back and was meant to go on a piece of luggage or steamer trunk.
A terrific piece of vintage memorabilia, this piece features Vegas Vic,
a 40 foot neon cowboy that greeted visitors from atop the Pioneer Club with a booming "Howdy Podner!" It is brilliantly drawn and very colorful. This luggage label is in very good condition with a few small creases and light edgewear. It is missing a tiny piece in the center but this doesn't detract from the fun graphics and great retro style. It measures just over 4 1/2" wide by 2 1/4" tall.
Due to its age and rarity, we suggest this decal not be used, but kept "as is" as the centerpiece of a collection.
