After purchasing either ELE or Wrinkle Reducer attachment from us and noticed it will not work with your Genuine device and can prove your device is genuine (Proof of purchase receipt is required), please DO NOT return to us, contact us for the return (RMA) paperwork from us to directly ship it to their manufacture. Every product we sell is untouched from the manufacturer and if it is skin care related it will come in the same packaging you will find at your local Med-Spa or Doctor's office, unless otherwise stated in the title. Any of our products that carry an expiration date are Guaranteed to be AT LEAST 6 months from their expiration date. However, 95% of the inventory we carry is sold within a month.
