This welder is in Good cosmetic condition everywhere except the top panel, which has scuffs and scratches and a few dings, and the handle which has a few ugly scuffs through the paint.  The "discard this tag" tag that gets thrown away when you first hook up a welder is partially still there (it broke when we were dusting the machine off!), and the voltage selection tabs have never been installed, they are still in their envelope on the grounding cable mounting stud.
